About NOTA
NOTA（ノタ）は、イギリスで出会った日本人アーティスト、NoriとTamaによって結成されたアーティストユニットです。
NOTAとして、わたしたちは日本中を旅しながら日記をつけ、二人の視点を共有することで、小さなパラダイムシフトを生み出し、
身近なものを新しい視点で捉えることを共有しています。
Nori
京都を拠点に、旅の途中で出会った場所や浮かんだ思いを日記に綴っています。
海外での生活経験から、日本の風景や文化を少し距離を置いて観察しています。
読書をしながら、小さなメモに思いを書き留めるのが日課です。

東京在住。離島や自然に心惹かれています。
民芸や建築に興味があり、心に響く瞬間を日記に書き綴っています。

When I came back to Japan from the UK, where I had spent seven years, I was surprised by how beautiful Japan is—its atmosphere, culture, religion, craftsmanship, and architecture.
Even though I was born in Japan, I rediscovered the country anew.
Exploring through mythological and anthropological perspectives is one of our features.
The beauty of the sublime already exists around us, but it is difficult to realize because it appears ordinary.
